Privacy – informative regarding the protection of personal data to the senses of the art. 13 of the legislation decree nr. 196/2003.

Please, before submitting any of your personal data to us, read through this privacy policy in compliance with the art. 13 of the legislation decree nr. 196/2003 – Code in all matters of personal data protection.

Holder and Responsible for the Treatment
Holder of the treatment of data is Seipobq with registered office in Zona Industriale III Fase, tel. +39 0932 667 947.

Purpose – Obligatory or optional nature of disclosure of the data

Personal data provided by you (personal data, name of the company; address and e-mail address, cv, fiscal code and others) will be used only to provide you what you requested.

In particular:

  1. a) for sending newsletter(s), in the case where you agreed and until revocation of the same
  2. b) for sending email concerning the selected subjects or information about Seipobq activities, after your express consent and until revocation of the same
    c) for examining collaboration proposals and evaluating the potential candidates
  3. d) for several and possible requests via website

The conferment of personal data is optional and voluntary; nonetheless, any refusal to provide and update such details may make it impossible for us to provide you what you requested and/or inform you about our initiatives.
Methods of treatment

 

The data is collected with the following methods: by telephone or electronic means or forms and coupons that is to say through the use of mailforms in the Seipobq website; furthermore is included also the data collection via third parties (public registers, lists, records or public documents) properly authorized.
The collected data will be treated either by paper, either through electronic and informatic means, and any other means available thanks to modern technologies. The same data will be stored in accordance with rationales which are strictly linked to the purposes and in accordance with provisions and security requirements established by the law, for such time as may be required to achieve the purposes for which they were supplied.

 

Subjects to whom data may be transmitted and scope of transmission

Data will be exclusively treated by the company’s organs, collaborators and volunteers, as persons in charge of the processing, on the basis of the tasks and duties conferred upon them, solely for the purpose of providing you the requested service or performance.
Data will not be passed, circulated or transmitted to third parties for any commercial purpose and will be subject to appropriate security procedures in order to respect your privacy. Should this prove necessary to provide you the requested service, they may be communicated to third parties. In this last case the third parties involved may be:
– consultants and freelancers
– subjects responsible for safety and maintenance of electronic systems
– companies responsible for changes or updates of the software where data will be stored

Data cannot therefore be disseminated in any manner, unless prior and explicit consent.
